Waverunner Policies
Before you proceed to the payment screen, please double-check your reservation date and time. If your reservation is within the Refund Policy, we will NOT be able to refund or reschedule your time.
RESERVATION POLICY:
- A full payment by credit card is required for all reservations.
- A valid ID matching the name on the credit card used for payment is required to redeem your reservation.
- Please arrive at least 30 Minutes prior to your reservation time to allow time for parking, completing paperwork and receiving proper instructions. Rentals begin at the scheduled reservation time!
- Please sign the "Liability Waiver" in your confirmation e-mail before arrival. ALL GUESTS MUST SIGN!
- NO REFUNDS are issued for late arrivals or early returns.
RENTAL POLICY:
- All drivers born BEFORE September 1, 1993 must have a valid government issued ID or U.S. Driver's License.
- Drivers born on or after September 1, 1993, must be at least 21 years old and are REQUIRED by Texas State Law to have a Texas Boater's Education Certificate to operate a rental vessel.
- Completion of this course is MANDATORY to drive a rental vessel.

- NO REFUNDS are issued if you or your driver have not completed this course by the time of your reservation.
- Pets are ONLY allowed on the Pontoon's unless your pet is a Registered Service Animal.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:
- A 48 Hour notice is REQUIRED for cancellations prior to your reservation for a full refund. Cancellations made within the 48 Hour notice will NOT be refunded, but can reschedule for a later date or use as in-store credit towards any of our services in the current operating year.
- Reservations that are made within 48 Hours are Non-Refundable!
- A 72 Hour notice is REQUIRED for cancellations on Holiday Weekends. Reservations made within the 72 Hour notice are Non-Refundable!
- NO SHOWS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!
WEATHER POLICY:
- If it is raining at our office at the time of your reservation, no further rental fees apply.
- If inclement weather occurs during your rental, in-store credit will be applied for the current operating year.
- Aquaholics will determine what is or is not considered safe to operate in on the water.
- There are NO REFUNDS for cancelling before Aquaholics deems what is safe or not. An in-store credit can be issued for the current operating year if you would like to cancel before Aquaholic's weather decision.
